Job Description

Monitor Deloitte is the global strategy consulting practice of Deloitte and we want to grow our amazing Monitor Deloitte team. We are therefore looking to expand and strengthen our community of full-time strategy consultants. For this reason, we will be hosting a full-day Monitor Recruitment Bootcamp in Copenhagen on November 10, 2023.

During the bootcamp you will meet some of your potential new colleagues, get acquainted with our strategy toolbox and experience some of the challenges that a Monitor Deloitte consultant faces through different case exercises. You will also have time to ask questions you may have concerning life as a strategy consultant with us.

By the end of the day, top participants will have the opportunity to secure a full-time position at Monitor Deloitte.

You will become part of Deloitte’s special unit for strategy – Monitor Deloitte – a growing Nordic team of strategy consultants all eager to make a difference. Your assignments
At Monitor Deloitte, we work with chief executives and their teams to catalyze strategy-led transformations to realize full business value, within areas such as:

  • Strategic transformation: Define strategic direction to make key where-to-play, how-to-win, and configuration choices.
  • Strategic sensing: Revisit growth and value creation strategies, inform new strategic choices, and/or execute important strategic moves.
  • Organic growth: Design and deliver customer- and marketing-anchored change and growth.
  • Business design and configuration: Validate transformation ambition, identify and prioritize the capabilities required for success, and operating model design.
  • Innovation and ventures: Create new sources of growth and prosperity, and drive innovations to market.
  • ESG strategy transformation: Develop social responsibility and equity strategy.

    Qualifications

    Your qualifications 

    • You have a master’s degree or higher – or are just about to graduate - in Business Administration, Economics or within the STEM field, with an excellent academic performance.
    • You are structured and analytical, you are a profound team player, you strive to make an impact, and have a passion for business.
