Job Description

Deloitte is Denmark’s leading consulting and auditing firm. Our Audit & Assurance business consists of 1300 employees across seven offices in Denmark. With us, you can tailor your development within a wide range of disciplines, roles, client types, and tasks. This position provides you with the opportunity to combine a full-time job within finance, consulting, and the latest technology with education and personal advancement.

Do you want to start your audit career at Deloitte Denmark’s HQ?

At our Copenhagen office, we have 700 audit colleagues across departments and customer segments, but on a day-to-day basis we work in smaller teams, which means you will have a close relationship with the colleagues you work with. We have a great team spirit, lots of joined events, and a Friday's bar, professional training courses, and development opportunities across the company. You will have plenty of opportunities to build a solid network and a foundation for where your career at Deloitte will take you.

To ensure you get the best start to your career, you will be part of our talent program. The program is for all students, graduates, and everyone in between who aspire to acquire auditing skills from some of the best auditors in Denmark. 150 future colleagues from across the country will start the program alongside you. Together, you will participate in ongoing training to ensure that everyone, regardless of educational level, feels prepared for their tasks.

In this position, you will, over time, be responsible for:

  • analysing the clients’ internal control environment in areas such as management of personnel costs, creditors, debtors, and other accounting areas.

  • performing risk assessments of accounting areas based on your knowledge of the clients’ internal processes and structures.

  • conducting status reviews to ensure that the financial statements present a true and fair view.

You will become part of a large network of highly motivated and competent colleagues, where there is always someone to ask for help and where you are encouraged to take on as much responsibility as you desire.

Qualifications

There are several paths to a role in our auditing business. Perhaps you are an HHX, Financial Controller or studied Financial Management? Or maybe you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics or Finance, such as HA, HD, Economics or cand.merc.aud.?

We are always open to interesting entry paths and for you to complete a level of education while working with us. The most important thing is that you bring a genuine interest and motivation to learn. Also, it is important that you:

  • want to develop personally.

  • are curious about auditing as a profession.

  • possess social skills that support your future client relations.

  • have gained relevant experience either professionally or in your private life where you have excelled.
