As a Consultant Digital Regulations & Privacy, you will work on advisory and implementation projects related to privacy, AI regulation and digital legislation. You will help clients understand complex regulation and translate it into practical measures, processes and actions. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues, clients and stakeholders from different disciplines.
Job Description
- You advise clients on the applicability, compliance requirements and risks of digital laws and regulations, and implement executable measures at client organisations;
You support projects and focus on planning, stakeholder management and quality assurance;
You guide clients on organisational, legal and technical questions related to digital regulation;
You monitor market developments and translate them into relevant, concrete client solutions and propositions.

Bust most importantly, you bring your authentic self: your strengths, perspective and personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Consultant Digital Regulations & Privacy:
A university degree, preferably in a legal, business, or technical field, such as — but not limited to — information management, data science, AI, information law, or information sciences;
3 years’ relevant experience in Privacy and Digital Regulations, such as (but not limited to) the AI Act, NIS2, DMA and DSA;
Affinity with analysing and applying requirements from laws and regulations, and translating them into practical measures, processes, or implementation actions;
Experience delivering high-quality analyses, presentations, reports or advisory products;
Strong analytical and communication skills, a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to clearly translate complex issues into actions;
The ability to work effectively with legal, compliance, risk, business and technical stakeholders;
An interest in technology, innovation and the societal impact of digital regulation;
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Certifications such as CIPP/e or CIPM are a plus but not required.
