Job Description
As a Working Student – Learning & Development you will, together with the Learning & Development team, help deliver future‑proof learning curricula and interventions.
- Coordinate the administrative registration of training courses in the Learning Management System, in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India)
- Manage participant registrations and cancellations in coordination with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India)
- Handle communications related to invitations, evaluations and intranet content management
- Respond to second‑line learning queries from participants
- Contribute to one or more internal learning projects (for example in learning technology, innovation or quality assurance)
Qualifications
You can act as a learning ambassador for your internal stakeholders. You are a team player, an effective communicator and work in a structured way. For this role you are:
- Enrolled in higher education (HBO/WO), preferably in Educational Science, Business Administration, Learning, Human Resource Management or Training & Development
- Excellent in Dutch and English, and proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Available 24–32 hours per week: if 24 hours, available for at least 2 full days; if 32 hours, available for at least 3 full days. Start date: from 1 September 2026
- Location: flexible across our Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht offices; remote work possible by arrangement
