With your passion for solving complex Supply Chain & Network challenges, you make a difference helping prepare clients for long-term success. Your primary focus will be on supply chain planning but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects across other areas of the Supply Chain, including Supply Chain Strategy, Logistics & Distribution, Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management, and Sourcing & Procurement.

As a Junior Consultant, you will primarily focus on planning transformations that help industry-leading companies improve their supply chain planning capabilities. You will assess supply chain planning processes, support improvements across all planning-related functions, and guide organizations through large transformation initiatives. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, working directly with clients to drive meaningful change in their demand, supply, and integrated planning operations.

Beyond the core focus on planning transformations, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across the other areas of supply chain management. Projects differ greatly in content and industry. Within various organizations, such as retail companies, chemicals, high-tech, and the humanitarian sector, you will support short strategic assignments or larger transformation projects that last several months. In addition, we consider personal development important. You will have a coach who supports you in this and with whom you set up your growth plan.
