As a (Senior) Consultant Supply Chain Planning you will:

• Design and deliver Supply Chain Planning solutions and programme workstreams for national and international clients;

• Lead or contribute to workstreams across design, build, test and adoption phases within complex technology projects;

• Translate business requirements into system and solution designs and configure planning platforms to meet client needs;

• Apply analytics, data and AI/ML to solve planning problems and support decision making;

• Work with business, data and technology stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, future proof solutions;

• Support business development, proposition building and eminence activities within the practice;

• Continuously develop your expertise through on the job learning, formal training and coaching;

• Travel for client assignments when required.

For the position of (Senior) Consultant Supply Chain Planning we expect:

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, with demonstrable experience on one planning platform (for example OMP, Kinaxis, o9). This is a mandatory requirement and may be gained through solution design, project implementation, or by working directly with the platform in a key business role;
• Experience in a consulting role is a strong advantage;
• Certification in one of the leading Advanced Planning Systems, or the ambition to grow into this domain (e.g. Technical Consultant, Solution Architect);
• A master’s degree (WO);
• A genuine passion for digital innovation and a creative drive to use technology to solve complex planning puzzles;
• Proven experience delivering workstreams within complex technology projects, preferably using Agile or hybrid delivery methods;
• Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain Planning (for example demand planning, S&OP, inventory and production coordination) and a good awareness of solution architecture principles;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire clients during workshops and build strong, collaborative partnerships;
• An excellent command of English; Dutch is a distinct advantage;
• You currently reside in the Netherlands (or are willing to relocate), hold the right to work here, and have the ability and willingness to travel when required.

You have a passion for supply chain planning and the ambition to design and implement pragmatic, end‑to‑end planning capabilities. Using advanced planning platforms, analytics and AI you help clients synchronise demand, production and inventory to better serve customers and consumers. As a (Senior) Consultant Supply Chain Planning you work in multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, measurable improvements for internationally operating organisations.
