As a Senior Consultant in Business Finance, you will help clients reimagine Finance through data insights and reporting capabilities by shaping forward-looking, data-driven Finance functions. You will work on engagements that enhance planning, profitability and closing processes, strengthen performance insights, and enable strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design operating models, improve financial clarity, optimize consolidation and close processes, and deliver impactful reporting solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading organizations, solve complex financial challenges, and contribute to the continuous growth of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice. 

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Econometrics, Accounting, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, EPM, financial modeling, reporting, or Finance Transformation. 
• Experience with one or more EPM technologies (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, OneStream) is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• Transform FP&A and Reporting functions through process optimization and digital enablement. 
• Design and build planning, budgeting, forecasting, and predictive analytics models. 
• Improve consolidation, close, and reconciliation processes for greater speed and accuracy. 
• Develop customer, product, and operational profitability models using advanced costing techniques. 
• Deliver strategic, management, and operational reporting and visualization solutions. 
• Shape business partnering models and advise on effective Finance Operating Model design. 
• Use data-driven insights to help clients improve performance and financial decision-making. 
• Contribute to thought leadership and practice development initiatives within Business Finance.
