You will work in a team that specializes in providing unique and independent debt & capital advice on the wide range of complex and strategic financing challenges our clients are facing. At Deloitte.

• will be responsible for the daily project management which entails among others the preparation of information packs, management presentations, financial analyses, and client communications;
• having a client-facing role from origination to deal execution and closing;
• having an important role in the development of the Debt & Capital Advisory department and take ownership of targeted development and accelerated growth initiatives;
• support in origination and execution of debt advisory transactions by leveraging on existing Deloitte client relationships;
• leverage on your experience within a bank or a Debt Advisory firm and help our clients achieve their goals.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Consultant Debt & Capital Advisory Private Equity:
 

• a university degree and at least 3-4 years of relevant (transactional) experience gained within the banking or investment industry;
• sound commercial acumen and understanding of international financial markets and debt-related products;
• strong analytical & technical skills, are result-oriented, with attention to detail and quality when delivering results under time pressure;
• fluent in English and Dutch.

In your role as Senior Consultant within the Debt & Capital Advisory Private Equity team, you will be the deal captain on transactions and help our PE clients to arrange financing their portfolio companies. You are the driving factor in the team and responsible as first point of contact clients, banks, debt funds, other lenders, and advisors. Together with a Partner or Director, you will coach junior team members to achieve the best possible results.
