• at least 5 years of relevant work experience in regulatory transformation, compliance, or a related position within the investment management sector;
• strong understanding of key regulations affecting the industry, such as MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, and ESG regulations;
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines;
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels;
• an excellent command of the English language, speaking Dutch is a plus.
