• at least two to four years of work experience within a company in the financial services industry and/or consultancy;
• have strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, including the ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
• be proactive with a hands on mentality, actively taking responsibility within your projects;  
• have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
• have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
