You are social, enthusiastic, and practical. You are independent and proactive, which means that you can work independently and dare to ask for help. You work well in a team. As a PAS Consultant, you preferably have relevant (work) experience in addition to your studies and you have an affinity with the financial sector. You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Consultant Prudential Advisory Services in Banking:

• at least two to four years of work experience within a bank or financial institution and/or consultancy;
• you get energy from working in a diverse team with different cultures and backgrounds, as well as a wide range of expertise and interests;
• have strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, including the ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
• excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. You can handle changes well and you are sufficiently agile;
• a good understanding of the Dutch and English languages, spoken and written.

Our consultants work together with our Banking & Capital Markets clients at a variety of challenges to help them do responsible business. Every institution or company we work for works in its own unique way, making every engagement a new and exciting opportunity. Specifically, the Prudential Advisory team works on change projects that have a direct link with Banking Supervision and prudential regulations. The team works together with our clients to create a safe, sustainable and healthy banking system.

You analyze the applicability of regulations, underlying reports and data needs for our clients. You like to think about the strategy and execution of the work surrounding the implementation of new or modified reports and or models within banks. The Prudential Advisory Services (PAS) team works at the intersection of regulations, data and credit risk, where the focus differs per assignment.

Furthermore, PAS works on strategic projects and the team can deal with complex issues and senior stakeholders, and that is also what we expect from our consultants.
