• Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance to clients on workforce management best practices, workforce planning, time and attendance management, and employee engagement strategies.
• Implementation Support: Lead the implementation of WFM systems, including UKG, Infor, Workforce Software, and others, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs and align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop tailored solutions that drive value.
• Knowledge of Legal Requirements: Possess an understanding of country-specific WFM legal requirements, particularly within the EU region, to ensure compliance and best practices in workforce management.
• Supporting Proposals: Contribute to the development of client proposals and new business opportunities, leveraging insights and expertise to enhance Deloitte’s offerings in the WFM domain.
• Global Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a global network of Deloitte practitioners to share knowledge, insights, and resources, ensuring a cohesive approach to workforce management transformation.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the WFM space to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in workforce management transformation, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience with any of the WFM systems such as UKG, Infor, Workforce Software, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Understanding of country-specific WFM legal requirements, especially in the EU region, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
