There really is only one question: What impact do YOU want to make?

About this team

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated ITS Infrastructure Manager to join our Internal Technology Services (ITS) team. Job Description

  • Maintaining accurate operational documentation, controls, and support records.
  • Collaborating effectively with technical teams, project teams, global technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership, communication, prioritisation, and ownership skills.

Qualifications

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

  • Approximately 8+ years’ experience in infrastructure, IT operations, systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience leading people, technical teams, or infrastructure operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise infrastructure in a complex organisation.

  • Experience managing technical escalations, incidents, operational risk, and infrastructure change.
  • Strong prioritisation skills across BAU operations, project delivery, security remediation, and audit requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networking, virtualisation, cloud, endpoint management, backup, monitoring, and identity services.
  • Exposure to technologies such as Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, VDI, Intune, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
