The impact you’ll make:
As a Director in our Systems Delivery and Modernization team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of large-scale, multi-stream programs and projects. Your leadership will span across diverse sectors—where you will oversee complex technology transformations involving multiple vendors, stakeholders, and governance layers.
You will:
- Oversee the execution of large, multi-stream programs and projects spanning various technology solutions and sectors, including but not limited to health, public sector, and financial services.
- Provide high-level guidance across multiple delivery streams, ensuring projects are aligned with business outcomes and governance frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping delivery strategies, program structures, and risk mitigation approaches.
- Build and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Navigate ambiguity and resolve delivery challenges, enabling successful outcomes in dynamic environments.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and manage contracts to ensure commercial alignment and optimal performance.
- Engage with executive stakeholders, boards, and steering committees to provide transparency and delivery confidence.
- Drive program assurance, recovery efforts, and independent health checks as needed to maintain project integrity.
- Contribute to client relationship management, opportunity shaping, and business growth initiatives.
- Promote delivery excellence by leveraging global assets, accelerators, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- 12-15+ years of experience with a strong track record of leading large, complex initiatives.
- Deep understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at executive levels.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stream programmes with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments, with the ability to tailor approaches to specific contexts.
- Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor management, and financial oversight.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across senior stakeholders.
- Experience in another professional services firm is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in delivery assurance, program recovery, and strategic advisory is a strong advantage.
