About this team:

Our Transactions team comprises highly skilled professionals providing extensive support in financial due diligence, M&A advisory, debt advisory, turnaround and restructuring, as well as valuations and modelling. We pride ourselves on our forward-thinking, proactive approach, consistently delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Job Description

Your typical day will include:

Your role will be to support and deliver multi-faceted transactions projects through sophisticated and tailored advice. You will support transactions across a variety of sectors including healthcare, consumer business, technology, financial services, manufacturing, etc.

The role will provide the opportunity to:

  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis and modelling to derive insights for commercial problem-solving.
  • Working in small teams assisting senior team members by undertaking analysis, drafting reports, attending client calls and meetings, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of work.
  • Mentoring team members by supporting and reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Developing relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. We look for people with these sorts of attributes:

 

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a professional services firm, investment bank, or similar environment, with experience in Transactions, Corporate Finance, or External Audit.
  • Working towards Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Commercial problem solver with strong Excel skills, adept at evaluating complex datasets to extract valuable insights.
  • Genuine interest in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and preparing documents.
  • Project management skills, ensuring delivery within set timelines.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
