Job Description
The impact you’ll make
As a Senior Consultant - UKG Workforce Management (Kronos), you’ll lead and contribute to project implementation teams, architecting and designing robust UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions that align to client business requirements and integrate seamlessly into their ecosystem. You’ll facilitate workshops, solve complex functional challenges, and guide team members, helping to deepen capability across the practice. You’ll also stay current with product certifications and releases to ensure our clients benefit from the latest features and best practice.
You’ll consider best‑use of functionality, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver customer‑aligned outcomes — and you’ll play a key part in creating a consistent, high‑quality delivery experience across our UKG portfolio.
Your typical day will include
Client Workshops & Requirements
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to unpack complex requirements and translate them into actionable designs or configurations.
- Interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements in a clear, structured way (BA/functional).
- Providing functional advice to support decision‑making and adoption.
Configuration & Implementation
- Configuring UKG Pro WFM modules (e.g., time & attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting, activities) in line with agreed designs.
- Aligning configuration with payroll and HR processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting delivery against project schedules, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Integration & Landscape Alignment
- Working with technical teams to align integrations (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ERP, identity) and data flows.
- Identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and edge cases across the solution.
Team Coaching & Capability Building
- Providing support, advice, and guidance to team members to help educate and develop solution capabilities.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing, playbooks, standards, and re‑usable assets.
Product Currency & Certifications
- Receiving ongoing product training, maintaining applicable certifications, and staying across latest UKG releases and enhancements.
- Translating new features into practical client value.
Ongoing Advisory & Client Partnership
- Acting as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and beyond, supporting continuous improvement.
- Championing user experience and change readiness to drive successful adoption.
Qualifications
Your expertise
Bring your UKG Pro WFM expertise, consulting mindset, and relationship skills to help our clients achieve outcomes that matter.
You’ll have:
- Proven experience as a senior consultant or client‑side specialist working on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- Experience interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements in a BA or functional consultant role.
- Specialist knowledge in one or more UKG Pro WFM areas: time & attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting, or activities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, and confidence handling multiple projects.
- A detail‑oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
