Job Description
What will your typical day look like:
As a Manager within our Artificial Intelligence & Data team you will work with a team of great consultants, coached by Directors and Partners, working on some of our client’s and country’s most complex challenges.
You will be working with client executives and key stakeholders across a wide range of exciting organisations to understand their challenges and enable their strategic direction through Artificial Intelligence. Working collaboratively is a core value practiced every day.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of interesting engagements and providing our clients with the insights and solutions they need to unlock value from Artificial Intelligence to improve business performance. You will help clients develop value driven Artificial Intelligence & Data strategies to sustainably build, organise and apply their capabilities to high value organisational endeavours – helping achieve transformational change.
As well as taking responsibility for projects, project work streams and guiding more junior team members on the day-to-day delivery of outcomes for clients, you will also contribute by developing client relationships, creating, and sharing eminence, identifying opportunities, and selling additional client work.
Qualifications

- Strong experience demonstrating, managing, and delivering Artificial Intelligence & Data strategy & roadmap development, execution and operating model design and implementation projects. Candidates will ideally have experience working in a Consulting, advisory or public sector environment.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing practical Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance functions.
- Excellent working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, AI & Data Governance and leading practices.
- Experience in defining and detailing high value business use cases aligned with strategic priorities.
- The ability to connect business challenges to underlying people, process, data & technology capabilities and provide advice on emerging AI trends and technologies to ensure clients remain at the forefront of industry advances.
- Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes, offer clear solutions, and drive change.
- Ability to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
- Ability to understand client issues and work with a cross-functional team to meet these projects head-on.
- A passion for all things AI and the motivation to proactively embark on continuous learning as this area evolves.
- Experience and passion for developing and mentoring a diverse and inclusive team, you enjoy seeing newer practitioners grow and develop.
