Job Description
The impact you’ll make
- Lead delivery of enterprise-wide technology programmes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Act as a trusted delivery advisor to clients, helping shape delivery strategy, governance, and execution.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
- Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, including planning, risk management, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Support clients in programme recovery, health checks, and delivery assurance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, leveraging Deloitte global assets and accelerators.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and opportunity shaping.
- Mentor and grow delivery talent within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
Your expertise
- 5+ years of experience in technology delivery across complex programmes and projects.
- Proven track record in leading Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Skilled in delivery assurance, programme recovery, and client advisory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience across industries such as public sector, health, financial services, or utilities is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, AgilePM) are beneficial.
