You may have significant existing Oracle experience, or otherwise be an experienced and exceptional HCM functional consultant

You will have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert in the Human Capital work stream, hold key relationships with users and technology teams internally and externally, and mentor other Consultants and Analysts in your team to deliver best practice solutions. The work is varied across a diverse set of clients and industries.

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

  • HCM functional experienced consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules i.e. core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Oracle Cloud HCM experience is valued but not essential
  • Proficiency in HRIS and/or Time & Attendance software is essential e.g. Oracle Cloud HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, UKG Dimensions.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in HCM implementations, upgrades & support projects with hands-on configuration skills.
  • Experience across the full software development life cycle and hire-to-retire process flow.
  • Ability to work independently, execute implementation projects following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems.
  • Exceptional client service and client management skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration: set the direction and expectations for the team, align their strengths to tasks, and challenge them to raise the bar while providing support.
  • Committed to maintaining and developing own skills and certifications; willing to learn, embrace challenges and be hands-on.
  • Active Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is valued.
  • Consulting experience with a large Tier 1 professional services organisation preferred but not essential.
