Our AARA (Audit, Assurance and Reporting Advisory) business is looking for Audit Professionals  of varied experience levels. You will be exposed to multiple interesting audit engagements as well as other complex work, providing you with opportunities that will stretch your current understanding and allow you to fast track your growth and development, with continued support and assistance from a Management Team.

Job Description

Your typical day will include: 

  • Work to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge related to regulatory/ statutory requirements and compliance.
  • Assist with preparation of business reports and management letters for clients highlighting recommendations related to key issues.

Qualifications

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with: 

  • Proven practical audit experience in New Zealand
  • Relevant degree level qualification in accounting or similar
  • Completed or working towards completion of CA/ CPA
  • Demonstrated ability with IFRS and the International accounting standards environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Problem solving skills and very well self-managed
  • Previous Deloitte experience is advantageous
