Our Accounting and Reporting Advisory team are looking for a technically skilled Manager to join us in Tāmaki-makau-rau/Auckland . In this role, you’ll help clients navigate complex transactions and ensure they reflected appropriately in their external reporting. You’ll work across industries, collaborating with other teams (Tax, Corporate Finance, Risk Advisory, Consulting) to practically apply your IFRS and PBE IPSAS knowledge to deliver practical, client-oriented solutions.

Your typical day will include: 

  • Providing practical and pragmatic accounting solutions for unique client challenges
  • Enhancing finance functions by improving processes and performance
  • Supporting clients through disruptive events (such as M&A, divestments)
  • Assisting clients with sustainability and performance reporting
  • Building and leading strong teams, fostering collaboration across functions
  • Having the opportunity to genuinely help our clients
  • Bringing your point of view and energy to the team 

Qualifications

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with: 

  • Full membership of CAANZ (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience, either in NZ or globally.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise, including knowledge of IFRS and PBE IPSAS.
  • Experience managing projects in audit, professional services, or industry.
  • Self-motivated, client-focused, and results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.

For this permanent position you will be rewarded with a competitive salary from $105 000 to $120 000 p.a. dependent on experience, healthcare insurance subsidy, and mobile phone benefit.
