  • Advise on alternative deal constructs, resource mix optimisation, margin levers, and pricing trade-offs.
  • Support Pursuit Leaders in preparing client-facing pricing narratives and commercial messages.
  • Drive pricing, packaging, and competitor analysis, translating insights into practical recommendations that balance competitiveness with value and margin.
  • Support service areas with price-setting decisions (e.g., rate cards, fee structures, discounting guardrails) and ensure transparency on tender/offer profitability.

Pricing Governance & Quality

  • Act as the pricing quality gate (standards, policy, approvals).
  • Support pre-DRB (Deal Review Board): consult, escalate, and prepare pricing memos/approvals.
  • Partner with QRM to manage pricing and CoQ (Cost of Quality) risks.
  • Build pricing transparency via trends, benchmarks, and insight packs.

Tools, Data & Repository Management

  • Maintain/enhance pricing tools, templates, and methods (annual updates).
  • Manage pricing repositories (complete, accurate, audit-ready).
  • Partner with Finance on cost models, rate cards, margins, and CoQ.
  • Track pricing KPIs and produce reporting for service lines/engagements.

Business Enablement & Capability Building

  • Enable Pricing Business Champions with guidance, support, and insight.
  • Deliver training on platforms, deal constructs, optimisation tactics, and KPIs.

Be careful of Recruitment Scams: Fraudsters or employment scammers often pose as legitimate recruiters, employers, recruitment consultants or job placement firms, advertising false job opportunities through email, text messages and WhatsApp messages. They aim to cheat jobseekers out of money or to steal personal information.

To help you look out for potential recruitment scams, here are some Red Flags:

Do not provide or send any of these documents or data. Please note we will never ask for photographs at any stage of the recruitment process.
    • Unprofessional Communication: Scammers may communicate in an unprofessional manner. Their messages may be filled with poor grammar and spelling errors. The look and feel may not be consistent with the Deloitte corporate brand.
