• originate and mobilize funds through liability products and treasury relationships
• expand and deepen institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth client relationships
• strengthen market presence across the Group’s operating platforms

• 5–12+ years’ experience within Asset Management, Stockbroking, Banking, Treasury, or Capital Markets.
• Proven track record at middle or senior management level
• Demonstrated success in AUM growth, brokerage expansion, or treasury-driven fund mobilization
• Strong liability product sales capability
• Treasury Marketing and institutional fund sourcing expertise
• Advanced relationship management and client origination skills
• Well-established professional networks with measurable outcomes
• Solid understanding of capital markets and regulatory environments
