We are seeking a Junior SAP BI Analyst to join our high-performing SAP Operate team, focused on Next-generation managed services to help unlock maximum business value for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, Consulting skills, which are essential for success int he role as well as be comfortable to take initiative in call management and innovations. Experience in drafting and presenting to clients is key as is an understanding of reporting solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of BI Tools such as: SAP BW, SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Query Designer(BEx), SAC, Power BI, and Datasphere, Redshift, Glue, SQL, and ABAP within BW,
- Understands client business requirements, processes, objectives with the ability to develop necessary product adjustments to fulfil clients' needs,
- Manage delivery of services against agreed SLAs as well as manage escalations both internal and externally,
- Ability to provide input when faced with risks and issues, as well as providing workarounds and/or mitigating solutions,
- Act as liaison with the client for troubleshooting activities - investigate, analyse, and solve problems,
- Document functional designs, test cases and results,
- Provides ongoing communication to teams on status of engagement / project, changes, achievements, etc.
Educational Requirement:
- Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Data Science or Information Systems diploma or degree
