Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Content Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves supporting the various platforms in Audit & Assurance ensuring that the content across the intellectual resource platforms are relevant and up to date for all practitioners. The Assistant Content Editor will interface with an offsite Center of Excellence (COE) team, along with subject matter experts across the firm, and requires excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration and content accuracy.
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
- Provides audit teams with quality content that contributes to the support of audit engagements and transformation of the global audit and assurance business.
- Submits and delivers high quality output relating to content projects ensuring the content items meet the guidelines and objectives for publishing in line with audit methodology.
- Act as a liaison between the Subject Matter Experts and the offsite CoE to ensure content is published across the Intellectual Resource platforms (Research Portal, Technical library, EMS, Omnia and Levvia).
- Authors in global and local content releases on the various audit platforms on behalf of the local practice and its impact on related audit transformation processes.
- Support the Content Manager in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Use experience, research and other proven methodologies to develop solutions to matters affecting content maintenance.
- Maintain organized records of content approvals and evidence in line with the framework of systems of quality management.
- Assist with department wide ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in an audit related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.

- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure content is published across the relevant platforms and adheres to publishing guidelines in line with audit methodology.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to maintain the various platforms and its related processes including documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft office suite, and ability to learn content management systems, project management tools, and audit applications and platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in an evolving environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
