Job Description
On behalf of our Client in the Healthcare Services Sector, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Applications Developer (Clinical/ERP Systems) to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications that support the organisation's healthcare and business operations.
- Design, develop, and implement software applications for clinical and ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various programming languages
- Integrate clinical and ERP applications with existing systems and databases
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in healthcare IT and ERP systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in application development, preferably in healthcare IT or clinical systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- In-depth knowledge of clinical information systems and healthcare workflows
- Excellent database management skills, including proficiency in SQL and Oracle
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certifications in ERP systems or healthcare IT are preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
