Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Consultant - Assessments to support the delivery of a comprehensive Psychometric Assessments supporting our clients. This a key role in enabling the development of client's employees through the effectiveness of psychometric tools.
Client Account Management
- Consultation with clients on role profiling to determine assessment requirements
- Supports clients with their various assessment needs such as new hire assessment, interpretation of assessment information e.g. insight interviews and/or psychometrics and integrated report writing
- Presentation of assessment data to clients by way of data analysis and comparative summary
- Support and advice on assessment practices and use of assessments
- Continuous engagement with clients throughout the assessment process
- Onboarding of new clients providing insights to understand our tools
- Proposals and meetings with potential clients
Selection and Customisation of Assessment Batteries
- Selection of appropriate assessment tools in accordance with job specification and management consultation
- Appropriate and desired benchmarks set in accordance with role’s requirements
- Selection of appropriate competencies to be reported on
- Identifying critical competencies for the role
Client Assessment Centers
- Provides integrated coaching feedback to candidates and developmental feedback to business at the end of the Assessment Centre (ADC)
- Analytics of data and trends emerging from the ADCs to inform talent management
- Provides candidates and business with integrated feedback as required
- Coordinates and facilitates ADC programmes as required
Assessment Feedback
- Development focused discussion with candidates on assessment results
- Feedback to management on candidate results
- Discussion of candidate development gaps and potential risks to business
Client Billing, Tenders, Quotes and Proposals
- Preparation of billing records for invoicing purposes based on consolidation of monthly assessment data
- Supporting the Assessment Manager in reparation of quotes, proposals and tenders based on client requests and needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Honours Degree
Desired Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in Psychology or Psychometry with HPCSA
Psychometric Assessment Tools
- Accreditation on assessment instruments, particularly the CPP, OPQ and EQ
- Working on Hogan would be advantageous
Minimum Experience
- Overall, 5 years or more working experience as a Psychometric Assessment Consultant
