Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Organisation Transformation and Talent (OT) to work as part of our dynamic Organisational Transformation Team. Organisation Transformation provides guidance on optimising organisational structures, talent, leadership and culture with your business strategy to deliver true transformation and sustain it over time

In this role you will be part of offering delivery and service to our clients for engagements and projects or part thereof through the promotion of our capabilities, which includes the following:

HR Transformation and Strategy

  • Scoping and Planning of HRT projects using Deloitte IP and methods to frame the design process
  • Delivery of HR Op Model and detailed design using OD method and HIHROM framework
  • HRT lab and workshop design and facilitation at advanced level
  • HR Strategy alignment, business case development and transition planning for HRT projects 

Organisation Design Functional Skills

  • Scoping and planning of Organisation Design (OD) Projects using our Deloitte IP and methods to frame the design process
  • Delivery of OD methods and management of the use of tools as appropriate
  • OD Lab and Workshop design and facilitation at advanced level
  • OD Business case development and transition planning

Change Management

  • Experience in applying and adapting global change methodology and tools to large business transformations, spanning multiple phases
  • Can lead and develop teams, reviewing and guiding their delivery and building their change management skills
  • Contributes to change management proposals independently, from scope and approach and commercial/ pricing
  • Scoping and planning of strategic change managements projects using Deloitte IP and methods to drive the clients’ change journey
  • Delivery of change management projects, including digital transformation and technology driven change
  • Supporting team members and guiding them through delivery on a client change journey

Experience Required

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Digital Transformation
    • Organisational Design
    • Organisation Culture Transformation
    • Strategic Change Management,
    • Adoption Management
    • Operational Change Management
    • Human Resource Functional Optimisation
    • Technology Adoption, Employee Engagement
    • HR Lifecycle (Hire-to-retire activities)

Qualifications

  • Related Honours Degree in Social Sciences, Commerce, Engineering or Industrial Psychology
