Job Description

  • Hardware, Operating Systems, Application deployment, Virtualization and Storage.
  • Management, maintenance and support of AD, Exchange, Cloud and on prem environment
  • Ensuring the confidentiality, Integrity and availability of all the systems.
  • Ensuring all systems are checked daily and running at optimum performance.
  • Ensuring that no unauthorized changes are made to the Environment
  • Ensuring that audit trails are enabled to satisfy audit/Incident response needs
  • Coordinating the implementations of IT procedures and policies of the organization.
  • Ensuring that audit trails are enabled to satisfy audit/Incident response needs.
  • Maintaining up to date configuration baseline standards for the production environment.
  • Ensuring that technical architectures that relate to all systems are up to date.
  • Ensuring that changes made to systems are clearly defined, planned and approved
  • Monitoring and Reviewing log information.
  • Ensuring that only authorized entities are allowed to exchange information with all systems.
  • Reviewing software updates

Qualifications

  • BSc in Information Technology or any IT related field
  • 5 years working experience managing a Windows Server Environment with Virtualization and cloud platforms preferred Microsoft. Knowledge of Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Storage Management, Azure, Microsoft cloud platforms.
  • Certifications in Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS,
  • MCSE, MCITP or similar certifications
  • Dell Hardware certifications (beneficial)

  • Advanced knowledge of network configuration on Virtualized platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Failover Clustering.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure and Microsoft cloud Technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra and exchange
  • Knowledge of Data Center Facilities.
  • Operating system vulnerabilities, threat and risks.
