Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

To develop and implement Alumni and Executive programmes, which aims to build brand, reputation and advocacy, in order to deepen and grow trusted relationships with our most important clients.

  • Raise and build awareness of the programme, internally and externally
  • Ensure seamless execution with high quality client experience
  • Ensure ongoing relationship development with programme alumni
  • Share best practice for use of relationship assets with client leaders
  • Establish governance and risk processes to maintain client independence and confidentiality
  • Facilitate sharing of learnings across programmes
  • Compile and communicate programme performance reports to local and global stakeholders
  • Formalise and activate feedback and impact reporting mechanisms.

Strategic Impact

  • Interrogates, clearly understands and communicates to team the agreed strategic objectives of both own Service Area and that of the client Service Line/s
  • Manages the implementation of the strategic imperatives in line with service area strategy relating to:

→ Implementation of change initiatives within designated area/s

→ Management of the implementation of plan on a day-to-day basis with team

→ Clear and regular communication with superior and team on implementation status

  • Supports own Service Line leadership in carrying out EXCO mandate
  • Builds professional relationships within service line/s to understand business needs in area/s of responsibility
  • Generates and implements innovative ideas and solutions within area of responsibility in collaboration with team members to enhance / renew service offerings

Budgets & Profitability

  • Provides annual budget input for area of responsibility for approval and integration into growth team budget
  • Manage costs for designated area and ensures time and expenses are submitted weekly

Operational Effectiveness

  • Manage day-day operations and delivery to stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing

Desired Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Qualification (within relevant Service area)

Minimum Experience

  • 5 years’ working experience within marketing at professional services firms

Desired Experience

  • 2 years at Manager level within marketing at professional service firms
