Job Description
Main Purpose of Job:
By joining the innovative Growth Office Marketing team, the successful candidate will be driving various initiatives focusing on growing and uplifting the specific industry marketing. The candidate will be supporting the line manager, industry leader and strategist to deliver excellence at our key stakeholders and clients, working collaboratively with the Brand Marketing and Communications team to bring the overall Growth Office Marketing Strategy come to life.

Implementation of Strategy & Marketing Plans
- Implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan.

- Develops and builds relationships with wider teams and stakeholders (including global MF counterparts) and seeks opportunities for collaboration across marketing and broader Growth Office teams

- Consistently complies with Deloitte brand and corporate identity guidelines and produces documents and work of appropriate quality and compliance
Financial Management

- Actively endeavour to ensure budget it spent cost effectively by considering numerous quotes where appropriate.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- National Diploma in relevant function and studying towards degree
Desired Qualifications
- Degree
Minimum Experience
- 3 years’ working experience within the relevant function
Desired Experience
- 2 years’ at Junior Consultant level within the function
- Experience in working with or Marketing to the Health Care and Government sector
