Job Description
We are seeking experienced hires with expertise in Business Tax and Transfer Pricing to join our Tax & Regulatory Services unit.
Responsibilities
- Apply deep technical expertise in the provision of bespoke tax solutions
- Support multinational companies in addressing complex tax issues
- Display proficiency in national and international tax regulations
- Manage multiple tax engagements and liaise with relevant tax authorities
- Work with teams of tax experts across multiple jurisdictions
Required Skills
Business Tax
- Technical expertise in the provision of tax services covering corporate income and transaction tax compliance, and advisory
- Deep knowledge of Nigerian tax legislation and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Project management
- Team management
- Relationship management
Transfer Pricing
- Technical expertise in the provision of transfer pricing services
- Conversant with various tools for preparation of benchmarking studies
- Ability to prepare OECD-compliant three-tier documentation reports
- Coordinate transfer pricing audits with clients and regulators
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng./B.Tech., etc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline with a minimum of second class upper/upper credit division
- Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- CITN/ICAN/ACCA qualified
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of the various industries ranging from consumer, energy, financial services and telecommunications; or demonstrable specialist knowledge of any industries
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good working capital management, submission of timesheets as appropriate, understanding timelines, development of templates for specific task and management of client relationships
- Good working professional relationship with the regulatory authorities
- Admirable professional outlook
