Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

To delivery a service to a client on an engagement / project or part thereof through the promotion of our capabilities, which include the following:

  • Identifying and embracing Deloitte’s purpose and values and putting these into practice in our professional life,
  • Building relationships and communicating effectively in order to positively influence peers, stakeholders and clients
  • Seeing opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders, delivering and taking accountability for own and team results
  • Understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning own work to objectives and sets personal priorities
  • Developing self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, sharing knowledge and experiences with others, and acting as a strong brand ambassador

Key Performance Areas:

  • Strategic Impact - Under guidance, deliver a service on a delegated engagement/project or piece thereof
  • Budgets / Profitability - Maintaining quality of output and timeous delivery as per SLA and/or scope of work
  • Differentiators for the role – Operating in an ambiguous environment and taking direction from stream lead and/or project lead  

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience required

  • Related Honours degree (Human Sciences, Business, Engineering, Commerce and alike)
  • 3 years consulting experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital, Organisational Design, Organisation Culture Transformation, Strategic Change Management, Adoption Management, Operational Change Management, Human Resource Functional Optimisation; Technology Adoption, Employee Engagement. Human resource Lifecycle activities (Hire-to-retire activities)

Preferred

  • Degree: Masters in Business
