Job Description

The successful candidate will develop and implement robotic process automation systems to achieve and maximize efficiency in the organization's business processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other RPA developers, business analysts, and process owners to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using the selected RPA platform.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to the RPA projects, including solution design, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior developers to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng./B.Tech., etc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline with a minimum of second class upper/upper credit division.
  • Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects. or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in relevant field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic programming knowledge and willingness to learn programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, VB.NET) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiar with databases and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Passion for automation and eagerness to learn RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
