About the Division:

Actuarial & Insurance Solutions (AIS) team. It is a specialist insurance and actuarial consulting team, we specialize in the following key areas:

  • Life insurance (Long-Term Insurance)
  • Non-life insurance (General Insurance/Short-Term Insurance)
  • Pensions (including Retirement Funds & Employee Benefits)
  • Data analytics

We focus on solving business problems by using our advanced actuarial and analytics. We provide a wide range of specialized actuarial and risk services to the insurance and reinsurance industry in South Africa and other African countries, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the United States.

 

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available. The Vacation program is designed to give students work experience and afford them an opportunity to acquire key skills from our Actuarial team as they will have a chance to showcase their skills and work on exciting projects.

You must be studying towards an Actuarial Science Degree accredited qualification to be considered.

The program will commence on the 10th of July 2023 and conclude on the 13th of July 2023.

Qualifications

  • This program is for students who are in their 3rd year this year (2023).
  • Studying towards their undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science
