Africa Talent by Deloitte (Africa Talent) is a standalone division of Deloitte, owned by Deloitte Africa and Deloitte Netherlands, based in South Africa. Our goal is to meet the growing demand for Talent in Africa and Europe; by recruiting and developing Talent throughout Sub Saharan Africa in order to service the diverse needs to enable projects at our clients. Climate change is widely recognised to be a major global issue, requiring urgent corporate and governmental action in terms of emissions reductions and rapid decarbonisation leading up to 2050. As a consultant, you will help shape the Sustainability practice by sharing your risk management, GHG accounting and industry experience across a diverse range of clients, helping our clients navigate the energy transition and meet their decarbonization priorities. In addition to working on client projects, you will support in  preparing proposals, client meetings workshops, research and articles. Job Description

Africa Talent seeks to employ individuals who will provide an effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support service to 4 to 5 Partners/directors/Senior managers within the Denmark firm. The successful incumbent requires the ability to multi-task, maintain the highest level of confidentiality and possess strong project management skills.
•    Independently organizing and performing secretarial and administrative work for internal clients. 
•    Performing the work in accordance with the Management Support Service catalogue and Deloitte and/or Business Support and operations procedures and guidelines.
•    Actively maintaining contacts with the various internal clients, with which the contact is aimed at understanding them and professionally supporting them with secretarial and administrative work.
•    Actively setting up and maintaining a network within the relevant businesses of Deloitte Denmark for which the employee is working and the Executive Assistant team of which the employee is part of.
•    Actively setting up and maintaining a network of relevant stakeholders at external Deloitte clients, to which internal clients provide services.
•    Actively identifying points for improvement and discussing them with the Denmark Team Lead.
 

Qualifications

•    Professional and intellectual ability at senior vocational education
•    3 - 5 years of work experience, depending on relevancy of experience and level of education
•    Strong operational IT system skills and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Thinking and working with the client in mind
•    Focused on collaboration and being able to communicate effectively at various levels, both internally and externally
•    Excellent command of English
