Job Description

  • Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems using UiPath to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, recommend improvements and develop RPA solutions.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update application design documents related to processes and operational workflows.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation products.
  • Resolution of issues that arise in the day-to-day management of robotic processes & providing timely responses & solutions as required.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng./B.Tech., etc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline with a minimum of second class upper/upper credit division.
  • Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects. or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
  • 2- 4 years experience in relevant field. 
  • Programming experience.
  • Experience with testing applications.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Able to multi-task, including working on multiple projects concurrently.

Competencies:

  • Advanced understanding of the Document Objective Model.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
  • Advanced knowledge of string operations (e.g. Regex)
  • Understanding of operations with numerical data.
  • Understanding of UML diagrams & BPMN notations.\
  • Basic knowledge of debugging methods.
