About the job;     

·          Supports the Senior Manager on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables

·       Experienced in effectively planning and managing IT Audit assignments and IT Consultations across various industries and technologies.

·       Identifying risks and controls related to a client's business processes and IT systems

·       Assessing adequacy and effectiveness of manual and automated controls.

·       Makes sound recommendations on control deficiencies identified

·       Experience in developing reports for and presenting to Audit Committees and Board Committees

·      Manages day-to-day deliverables of team on client engagements / projects

·      Assists in the preparation of proposals/tenders and presentations on request

·       Develops market network in business and builds relationships that generate leads

·      Generates innovative solutions on projects / engagements in collaboration with team members to enhance / renew service offerings to client

·       Manages engagement/project risk to ensure that the firm's risk policies as well as risk to client confidentiality is aligned at all times

About You

Candidates must hold a relevant degree (e.g. B Com, BSc) and must be a Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent.

• Fellow (associate) member of ACCA/IIA/ISACA/BICA

·       A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience with an international professional services firm (e.g. Big four) in a similar environment.

·       At least 3 years' experience as a Supervisor or Manager

·       3 years Client Facing experience building key relationships.

·       Expertise in field with excellent industry, business and technology knowledge (including provide record auditing SAP and Oracle systems).

·       Strong business acumen

·       Demonstrated leadership skills

·       Sales and negotiation skills

·       Ability to manage and execute projects

·       Demonstrated execution of complex projects to profitable outcomes

·       Skilled in drafting and presenting client proposals

·       Excellent report writing skills

·       Good financial knowledge

·       Sound mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others

·       Strong client delivery focus

·       Highly adaptable, managing change and ambiguity with ease

·       Focus on quality and risk

·       Sound problem solving ability
