Main Purpose of Job

We are on the look-out for executive talent to play a pivotal role in growing our Energy Resources and Industrials business within our Risk Advisory practice in the Johannesburg office. A priority appointment for us present, is at the recruitment of an experienced and dynamic Associate Director or Director to join the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience required

Required

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in a client service role, with at least 7 in a leadership role
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Commerce. Postgraduate/Masters/PhD is advantageous
  • Deep mining sector experience
  • Strategy and Consulting experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience building a growing portfolio in the mining sector supported by a broad network of relationships in the sec
  • Proven experience leveraging networks and relationships in the sector in order to drive professional services opportunities
  • Demonstrated prior experience driving large scale operational/strategic risk, regulatory or technology implementation projects at a leadership level
  • Analytics experience
  • Recognised as a subject-matter expert and leader within the local market
  • Strong industry network
