Job Description

The main purpose of the job is to support the Engagement Manager in delivery of data and analytics services to our clients  (remotely or on site).The job role entails the following:

·       Contribute to customer centric analysis across domains such as Customer value management, Loyalty design and Experience design

·       Lead the data collection and exploratory data analysis (EDA) process

·       Translate technical concepts into business understanding and value

·       Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal team to realize these opportunities

·       Contribute to the design of analytics solution and delivery of the implementation

·       Communicate research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways and influence leadership through data driven insights

·       Development, testing and implementation of analytics solutions within the customer domain

Technical Competencies

·       1 - 2 years’ experience within the customer domain working on delivery of analytics and insights supporting all aspects of the customer journey, (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention) preferably within a B2B or B2C context

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively define business issues

·       2+ years’ experience working on SQL and some knowledge of programming or scripting skills (Python, Spark, etc.)

·       Experience with statistical analysis programs (SAS, SPSS, R, etc.) and customer focussed, Advanced Analytics techniques (customer segmentation, propensity modelling etc)

·       Descriptive analytics (ability to extract insights and trends from data based on requirements)

·       Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally

·       Detail orientated, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on projects in a timely fashion

·       Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics365 experience would be advantageous

·       Cloud Data Engineering & Analytics (Azure, AWS, GCP) would be advantageous

Qualifications

Preference will be provided to candidates with certification / degrees in:

·       Statistics, maths, economics, psychology or other related field

·       information technology or business informatics

·       computer science, engineering or related qualifications

·       technology specific certifications

·       analytics specific certification

Experience

2 – 3+ years working experience in Analytics

2+ years’ experience working within the customer analytics domain.
