Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

We are looking for a creative, energetic, confident, driven, and innovative Manager, to support the function leader in delivery of services to our relevant internal clients. We require in-depth experience in project and account management, analytical skills, planning and coordination and excellent stakeholder management.

The role will involve:

  • Industry Portfolio Management – Supporting Industry leaders with business development initiatives including research, stakeholder management, revenue, and pipeline tracking, consolidation of client feedback, thought leadership distribution and client account support
  • Analysing the revenue data and generating impactful revenue reports, with a strong analytical focus. 
  • Client Portfolio Management - Provide client account management support for our key Risk Advisory clients. Supporting Lead Business Partners in facilitating impactful client account meetings. Providing insights to inform business decisions and identify opportunities. Support in the facilitation of detailed Risk Advisory account labs, budget development, tracking and pipeline management on key accounts. Identify opportunities to conduct project reviews, proposal debriefs and client relationship reviews and participate in the facilitation of these discussions.
  • Meeting our internal stakeholders and assisting in developing a strategy plan for their industries
  • Offering business development support for our business unit, which will include research of market trends, stakeholder management, competitor insights, client targeting
  • Sales and pursuit support – Providing proposal support through coaching, design and layout advisory support, presentation training and preparation.
  • Tracking market trends and analysis of the business response to these market trends

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications         

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience  

5 years’ + working experience within the relevant function

Account management and Project Management experience is key

Desired Experience    

2 years working experience within Professional Services at an Assistant Manager or Manager level

  • High Excel proficiency and analytical focus, due to the level of reporting
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, with experience in drafting and delivering presentations to stakeholders
  • High level understanding of accounts management
  • Strategic, research and analytics focus
  • Demonstrated capability in interaction at all levels, briefing, analysis and project management skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Sound financial knowledge and understanding of clients and industries in the market
