Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

  • This individual will identify and develop business opportunities, lead, and manage multi-disciplinary and complex projects with a focus on Strategy and Business Design.   
  • You will use your significant experience in strategy development and execution to advise clients seeking transformation through organic growth, innovation review of the business design or to align their business with ESG requirements
  • As a member of the senior management team your role will include resource planning and management, project finance, project deliverables and project timelines.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve issues and effectively manage scope changes.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with clients, with the objective of identifying and pursuing shared value opportunities in the future.
  • Have direct and on-going contact with client senior level management to provide technical expertise and project direction.
  • Share practice management and administration responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development of staff.

Qualifications

About You - Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/ Honours degree in a technology or business-related field
  • A minimum of 8 -10 years’ experience in strategy development and execution with a top tier international consulting firm, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience leading/managing large projects of over an extended duration of multi-million Pula value
  • Specialist skills in strategic business transformation and/or digital transformation demonstrable through successful recent projects.
