Job Description

This is a 12 months Internship Contract role

The purpose of this job is to (but not limited to)

  • Risk identification and identification of potential brand damaging events to Deloitte Africa Audit & Assurance.
  • Support the proactive identification of potential brand damaging events to the Deloitte Africa Audit and Assurance portfolio using the Audit Risk Sensing team and specialists (where required) using the Integrated Risk Sensing Model (IRSM).
  • Provide internal clients (engagement teams and Audit and Assurance business/executive) with independent risk opinion as a service offering for existing and target listed clients across Africa, through the performance of equity research.

Qualifications

  • Bcom Finance and Investment management / Economics / Risk Management
  • Honours Accounting / Finance / Risk Degree
  • 0-1 years working experience in a role with exposure to risk management / due diligence 
  • Experience delivering on broad research projects/topics for dissemination in market
