We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic person to join our Deloitte East Africa Team as an ISO Associate. This position will be based in our Kenya office. 

Main purpose of the job

The role entails providing support to the EA Quality Risk Management & ISO 27001 Coordinator in ensuring successful establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the information security management system as per ISO 27001. 

Job Description

  • Assist in development of the department Enterprise Risk Framework and periodic updates of the same.
  • Work with Deloitte East Africa’s regional teams to ensure implementation maintenance and continual improvement of the information Security Management system based on ISO 27001.
  • Assist in ensuring that processes needed for the information Security Management System are documented, implemented and maintained as per required standards.
  • Work with Deloitte East Africa’s regional teams to identify process gaps and ensure closure of the same in relation to ISO standards.
  • Assist in evidence collection and maintenance of ISO documentation required during internal and external audits.
  • Ensure monitoring and measurement of information security objectives.
  • Assist in conducting ISO training to all staff within Deloitte East Africa in liaison with HR and the respective business unit leads and service line leads.
  • Work with Deloitte East Africa’s and Deloitte Africa regional teams to continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the information Security Management System.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or business related field.
  • ISO 27001, 9001 & Risk Management Certifications.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in experience in Quality management, risk management and ISO 27001/ 9001 implementation.
