Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

To support the engagement team in the delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagements/projects. 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

·       Completed tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics etc

·       Minimum 4 years work experience, at least 2 of which gained within Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) in technology consulting or other relevant industry

·       Salesforce Certification

·       Development experience with Apex, VisualForce and Force.com

·       Proficiency in SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services, REST

·       Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation (SFA)

·       Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions

·       Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages

·       Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

·       Experience in a client facing role
