Job Description

Role/Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of Digital Products and services in response to client needs.
  • Must support team in delivery of services and development to clients in relevant area of expertise and to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Conduct the Initial Technology Analysis and Design for new projects.
  • Provide continuous input into trends regarding learning innovation and technology.
  • Research, test and implement new opportunities together with the team.
  • Be the SME in development and ensure QA and development best practice and principles are adhered to.
  • Ensure Client sign off on Deliverables and Analysis.
  • Provide clear guidance to team on Development scope and project requirements
  • Ensure Development process in place and followed

Qualifications

  • A background in Learning Software is a must and the required person has deep knowledge of Learning Systems, their functionality and development.
  • The role will be a senior role and the ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and/or Software Development.

Additional Information

Development

  • Skills/Training recommendations in line with Business objectives.
  • Manage non-performance wrt team members and deliverables as per the Deloitte processes.

Quality Control

  • Ensure QA Targets are met and implement solutions and plans to achieve
  • Ensure Support and Maintenance process is robust and adhered to
  • Manage non-performance wrt development and testing.

Client Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Maintain the relationship with client and be the main point of contact.
  • Understand Client requirements and complete Technology Analysis.
  • Provide clear solutions and services to clients with timelines and costs.
  • Complete the technical requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain Business Pipeline and ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain Revenue Targets.
  • Complete new Proposals and provide input regarding technology.

Technology - Internal LMS

  • Ensure the Internal instances of the LMS are supported and maintained.
  • Ensure stability of the platform and SLA`s are achieved.
  • Assist with the provisioning of new instances – IFRS, Internal external clients and that the correct processes are QA is followed.
  • Provide reports to clients and stakeholders as and when required.

Quality

  • Manage Team operational day to day duties.
  • Manage resource planning.
  • Drive processes to ensure client/project delivery is met.
  • Be the final signoff on QA and solutions.

General

  • Analyse success of projects with management.
  • Comply with the necessary requirements for work – timesheets, self-learning etc.
  • Management Input and planning.
  • This person will be a Manco member and responsible for providing guidance, assistance and input to the larger Division.
