Job Description

Main Purpose of Job:

Ability to manage the pursuit process (Proposals, shape ERP opportunities, ERP or S4HANA design, costing, MRS, Roadmap, Timelines, etc)

Effective delivery and  implementation of ERP including SAP and SAP S4HANA solutions. 

Ability to conduct ERP including SAP Reviews and Assurance

Ability to perform ERP Business Case Assessments and develop ERP Roadmaps

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Ability to run with proposals. Pull together a team to support (cross service lines if needed), deal review and pricing, etc.
  • Ability to lead large engagements
  • Monitor team – ensure capability and capacity matches the pipeline
  • Understand F&P market trends considering sub-offerings being finance transformation, digital finance transformation, operational finance & business finance (note that not all will be required). Specialisation in particular areas is a requirement
  • Ability to strategically and practically bring finance advisory and technology enablement together to solve real client problems
  • Comply with Deloitte QRM process

ERP: ERP SME including SAP, MS Dynamics, Workday, etc.

Sales Generation (Pursuits): Ability to manage the end to end pursuit process which includes proposal development, shape ERP opportunities, ERP or S4HANA design, costing, MRS, Roadmap, Timelines, etc.)

Delivery: Effective delivery and  implementation of ERP including SAP and SAP S4HANA solutions. 

Digital Transformation: Digital transformation using ERP as the digital core

Advisory: Ability to be an ERP Trusted Advisor to the CxO level. Financial Transformation using ERP as the digital core. Supply Chain Transformation using ERP as the digital core.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

Degree in area of speciality

  • BEng (PM, QM, PP)
  • B.Com (Supply Chain (MM, P2P, IM)
  • B.Com (IT) (Solution Architecture)
