Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

We are looking for a creative, energetic, confident, driven, and innovative Assistant Manager, to support the line manager in delivery of services to our relevant internal clients. We require in-depth experience in project and account management, business development, marketing, analytical skills, planning and coordination and good stakeholder management.

The role will involve:

·       Executing on the marketing strategies for various offerings within Risk Advisory, which will include account based marketing, planning and executing events and webinars, digital channel content development and distribution (including social media channels), management of speaking engagements, management of PR, management of creative processes

·       Offering business development support for our business unit, which will include research of market trends, stakeholder management, competitor insights, client targeting

·       Industry Portfolio Management – Supporting Industry leader with business development initiatives including research, stakeholder management, revenue, and pipeline tracking, thought leadership distribution and client account support

Technical Competencies:

•           Technical expert in specific functional area

•           Demonstrated capability in interaction at all levels, briefing, analysis and project management skills

•           Experience in drafting and delivering presentations

•           Good report writing skills

•           Sound financial knowledge and understanding

•           Business development

 Behavioural Competencies:           

•           Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

•           Good interpersonal and relationship building skills

•           Mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications         

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree

Desired Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)

Minimum Experience  

5 years’ + working experience within the relevant function

Project management, business development and marketing experience is key

Desired Experience    

2 years at Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager level within the function

Financial Services, Telecommunication, Media, and Technology Industries will be beneficial
