Job Description

The NPPD (or Regional PPDs) is responsible for ensuring that professionals in his or her region meet requirements and deadlines for all quality activities and priorities, including but not limited to timely completion of staffing requests, AQM or QRM milestones, mandatory training (including on-the job training), and performance management processes. Where appropriate, the Senior NPPD assists the Regional / Country PPDs by monitoring to ensure compliance with quality activities and priorities. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Honours Accounting Degree
Registered CA(SA)
Desired Qualifications
Post graduate qualification in Audit (preferable)


Minimum Experience
7 - 10 years of in-depth technical IFRS advisory and/or audit support experience
Desired Experience
Experience in leading and coordinating the activities of a team of qualified professionals
Experience in building a new team and executing on a new mandate
