Job Description

We are recruiting for a Quality & Risk Senior Consultant, who understands the intricacies of  technology projects to advise and support the Core Business Operations (CBO) portfolio within Deloitte Consulting to comply with QRM Risk & Take-on processes with an understanding of how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.

This is a multi-dimensional role with a number of focus areas including risk process and integration, risk management, quality management, process compliance, as well as an element of legal and contracting.

The purpose of the role is to assess the quality of our clients; the strengths and risks of deals; to establish in advance what we are to be responsible for and to whom and then ensuring that we fulfil those responsibilities while remaining alert to the challenges of the rapidly-changing environment that is our marketplace as well as technology-related challenges. This would also include guiding the CBO managers and leaders in all areas of QRM administration, addressing queries from business and providing internal compliance system expertise

Because the professional services landscape remains volatile, uncertain and complex—with increasing demands from clients and greater scrutiny from regulators, legislators and other governmental authorities—Deloitte continues to focus relentlessly on quality and risk management (QRM), actively monitoring, strengthening and improving its risk procedures, and promoting a culture where professionals learn from others’ experiences. This role acts in this accord, and aims to provide trusted advisory services to the Consulting business.
